In 2007 Tom’s total sales volume was ranked 11th in the nation and at the top of all Jackson Hole Realtors. And few, if any, Jackson Hole Realtors serve clients in such a wide variety of market segments, including residential, raw land, commercial, development and farm and ranch.

In 2011, Tom was chosen by Teton Board of Realtors from among more than 500 Jackson Hole realtors as Realtor of the Year, not only for his successful sales history, but also for his ability to guide his peers in reaching their goals. Throughout his more than 25-year career, Tom has mentored many fellow Jackson Hole Realtors. He also volunteers his time and experience as a member of Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty’s Advisory Council.

In his numerous projects, developments and joint ventures, Tom has enjoyed working closely with friends and clients. Recent projects have included mixed-use developments such as Eagle Village in West Jackson as well as speculative homes in Willowbrook and Indian Springs Ranch.

Melinda brings an equal amount of passion for getting the job done for each and every client with an attention to detail unmatched among Jackson Hole realtors. Prior to real estate, Melinda’s experience as a computer consultant for several large corporations in multiple states perfectly prepared her for the fast-paced world of Jackson Hole realty. A Jackson Hole visitor since 1987 and a full-time resident since 2001, Melinda’s enthusiasm for the Jackson Hole lifestyle is evident in her personal approach to every relationship.
